To all high school students.
Freshmen 101 tip: SAVEÂ MONEY! Start saving now. You will always be broke unless you start saving money for books, gas money, mall money, greek dues, activities, school who knows what, dorm room supplies, you name it. It starts to add up. Ask mom and dad to start putting money aside (Â you too) that isn’t for tuition, but spending money.

Hear Hear! Another reason you need to start saving: when you get to the end of the final year, you wake up one morning, open your blinds to a world in economic chaos, and realize, ‘wow, I have to find a job in the next three months.. and I have to move, and live, and find an apartment, buy food, pay for insurance, my car, gas, life… and it’s a big world out there… even bigger with a little savings account!’ So start counting the cents!
