This past weekend, the men’s basketball team played two games. The first game was on November 3th in Daytona Beach against the Wildcats of Bethune-Cookman. The beginning of the game say the Knights come out a little flat, but they turned it around in the second half and won by 4 points. Ed Millard had an amazing game scoring 35 points.

The second game was on November 5th in Gainseville against the Florida Gators. Coming out of the gates the Knights were confident and took a small lead but then the Gators came back and started to take control. The atmposhere was great. The fans were loud and constantly in the game. If our fans could come just close to this, the DeHornle Gym will be rocking and the opponent won’t know what to do.

The basketball knows what they have to do to turn it around and I believe we will and have a great season and be special. I hope that a lot of fans come to our games to witness just how special we will be.
