The Dog Day of Summer

So today is national Take Your Dog to Work Day. Not that I noticed. I’ve only had two 70 pound hairballs underfoot all morning! (My wife telecommutes and celebrates this holiday year round. She says she’s missing her usual company.)

While we’re all still laboring away today at our desks (or wherever it is we pin down our daily work), it’s been nice to meet the extended families of our office mates. The little tail waggers are making the most of their time as well. In our office, Darren Shay’s got his Kelly filing papers and Lynn Mag editor Liz McKey has Pepper in the back corner office editing copy. My two? Uh… they’re resting up. I’m sure they’ll be productive shortly.  

The Sun-Sentinel and the Palm Beach Post both had photographers and reporters on campus today. I’ll share links to the photos and videos they publish when they appear. In the meantime, I’m pasting in some photos taken by Joe Carey in the International Communication college.
