Ritz Carlton Interview
On my way home from work this morning I called the human resources department. Without hesistation when I called the Ritz Carlton, Liz in Human Resources informed me to still come onto property at 11am and they would arrange for me to do the phone interview that has been delay in addition to meeting with Oliver, Director of Revenue Managment. When I got back to school at 8:30 after being stuck in morning traffic I took a shower, ironed my shirt, put on my suit, and tied my tie. I quickly printed an additional resume to have with me in case they didn’t print it.

Whatever you do, do not call The Ritz-Carlton “the Ritz”. “We are not a cracker”, is something you might hear in responce and will make you look unprofessional. Good luck!
