NoFrills 2008 Re-Election

I currently serve on the Regional Board of Directors (RBD) for SAACURH (South Atlantic Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls) as the Associate Director of Business Administration. Elections for the RBD next year happened tonight. I was running for re-election of my current position. I had one opponent from Appalachian State. I really wasn’t sure what to expect. I didn’t read his bid because I didn’t want to develop new ideas.

When I did my presentation you only have 10 minutes. I had practiced before tonight, but I knew I wasn’t going to make it through the whole presentation. I never do. I was able to discuss everything that was important for the most part and in the end…

I was re-elected as SAACURH Associate Director of Business Administration for 2008-2009. I was VERY excited. It means a lot to me.

    those Appalachian State kids are badass when it comes to conferences and such. I work with a former RD from App right now and I have heard stories about how intense they are with Saacurh. Anyways Congrats! I wish some of my students here wanted to be involved at a larger scale like you. You rock!
