Missing California
Days go by that I am back in Florida and I just think about how much I miss California…the weather was absolutely perfect. It never rained once while I was there. Although I was enjoying the “NO RAIN”, I am sure it was good for the environment. Its really good to be back at school though. I love the feeling of walking onto campus and seeing all the faculty and staff. You wonder…how bored do they get during the summer?? Like, they can’t wait to get us out the door in May, but after a couple of weeks I think they go into deep depression. The campus is silent…except for little campers running around frantically. I don’t know how many people have come up to me and said, “Its glad to have you back.” It sends a chill down my spine because it is a privilege and amazing opportunity to be at a university that has so many people who care.

This is very true, the Summer is a slow time of the year and I do feel elated when everyone comes back to campus, sharing their summer experiences, an excited for the opportunities the new academic year holds. Glad to have you back, Joey!
