Candy Apple Bar
For almost every KOR Coffee in the Courtyard I am usually in charge of the food. Being a hospitality major they usually think I can accomplish that task. If we were in New England I could come up with some many ideas centered around warm apple pie, apple crisp, apple cider, and other scrumptious fall desserts. Unfortunately there are no orchards around South Florida, but to keep with the fall theme I came up with Candy Apple Bar. We had brought a company to campus last year and they did an amazing job, but I wanted to do it without paying huge money. Founders Day was thinking about doing them as well so we found a candy apple machine online. Toppings to be included are: coconut, m&m’s, sprinkles, nuts, and much more. This is going to be amazing!!!

We have done this twice. The first time was through Everything But the Mime. You will want to speak with Carol. 407-856-2412. They do an awesome job and the apples are amazing. In the fall we purchased our own caramel melting machine and as a hospitality student I created the bar with multiple toppings and options. Let me know if you want some more help.
